PEPE SOLLA was born in Pontevedra (northern Spain, next to Portugal’s border) in 1966. His sophisticated and also minimal technique defines him. His restaurant   Casa Solla is based in his own town and has one Michelin star 
 

GUEST CHEF

ALVIN LEUNG is the new icon of Oriental cuisine. His restaurant Bo Innovation, the one and only rewarded with two Michelin stars in Hong Kong in 2009, is the laboratory where he elaborates the succulent creations that arise from Oriental and Western cuisine fusion.
