Chinese dishes and French wines

(Drinks Media Wire). Claude Lada, who runs the advertising agency "Class", based in Bordeaux and specialised in communication about wine, is preparing a book on paring Chinese cuisine and French wines.
This book will include a multitude of dishes and their different flavours and suggestions for paring them with specific types of wines (light, fruity, full-bodied, oaky,...), with commentaries by the wine producers themselves.
Work on the book should be finished in time for publication for the Universal Exhibition in Shanghai, which will be held in May 2010. The book will be distributed to restaurants and wine shops in China. Claude Lada has already published a guide to Bordeaux wines translated in Chinese.
