The Higher People’s Court of Beijing supported Yantai Changyu Group's claim that it holds the rights to the trademark "Cabernet" in China, reports Yicai.com citing a company filing on June 23. Changyu Group is the parent of Yantai Changyu Pioneer Wine (000869).

COFCO Greatwall (Yantai) Wine and Sino-French Joint-Venture Dynasty Winery also submitted claims to the Cabernet name in Beijing's Higher People’s Court in mid-January.
