China Food Import and Export Expo & Alcoholic Drinks Culture Expo

China Food Import and Export Expo & Alcoholic Drinks Culture Expo is a state-level exhibition organized by China National Food Industry Association and Dalian Municipal People’s Government. It is dedicated to establishing a platform for the trade of food, sugar, and wines, promoting the brand strategy of the relevant companies in Northeast China, and building Dalian into an important trade center of food, sugar, and wine and a raising base of precious marine products.

Exhibit categories
Food (including candy): green food, organic food, pollution-free agricultural products, safe food in line with national standards; Chinese characteristic food, products of old and famous Chinese brands, casual food, new and special food; imported food and products of foreign-invested enterprises; candy and chocolate.

Alcohol (including drinks): white spirits, rice wine, medicinal wine, nutritive wine, grape wine, imported wine; beer, carbonated beverages, vegetable juice, fruit juice, milk drinks, tea drinks, drinking water, coffee, cocoa beverages.

Cultural and creative categories: food packaging design, wine packaging design, culture and media.

Total area for exhibition: 20,000m2, 800 booths

Price of booths:

i. Standard booth (3mx3m): Area A RMB5,500  Area B RMB5,000
Booths with two entrances will cost 20 percent extra fees.

ii. Bare floor (no less than 36m2): Area A RMB600/m2  Area B RMB550/m2
Note: Ten percent discount will be offered for booths and bare floor booked before May 15, 2010.

i. Introduction of foreign food (Japanese and South Korean)

ii. Heritage protection and innovation forum for old and famous Chinese food brands
(14:00 – 17:00, July 30, 7th conference room of Dalian World Expo Center)

iii. Development forum of China food industry (precious marine food)
(9:30 – 11:30, July 31, 1st conference room of Dalian World Expo Center)

iv. Float Parade of famous brands
(10:00 – 12:00, July 28 – 30, Xinghai Square or Zhongshan Road)

Application Procedure:

1 .  Exhibitors should complete the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail as required by the organizer with an authorized signature or chop it with common seal, and please send either by fax or mail or email to the organizer. Booth booking is arranged by the organizing committee collectively based on the principle of "FIRST COMES, FIRST SERVED" and booths will be arranged according to exhibitors' advices.

2 .  If registered, please remit all the exhibition fee to our account within 3 days after having signed the Application Form. The deadline for the application is July 20th, 2010.

3 .  After fees are remitted, exhibitors should fax the bank remittance receipt to both Center for Dalian Yabo Exhibition Co., Ltd. for verification. The organizing committee will verify qualifications of exhibitors and exhibits and has final right to interpret matters related with the fair.
