China wine imports in H1 is 1,207,000 hl in volume
According to Chinese Customs statistics, China wine imports in H1 is 1,207,000 hl in volume. Among it bottled wine ( packaged under 2 litres ) accounts for 47,000 hl, 272 million US dollars in value, up 69.7% and 80.4% respectively compared to the same period of last year. Bulk wine (packaged in more than 2 litres) 560,000 litres by volume, 492 million US dollars by value, up 79.3% and 91.7% respectively.
Viewed from the origin of bottled wine, France ranked first, 290,000 hl; Australia second, 110,000 hl; US third, 49,000 hl; Italy fourth, 48,000hl. As for the bulk wine, Chile ranked first, 287,000 hl; Australia second, 140,000 hl; Spain, 73,000 hl; France, 20,000 hl.
