Drunken duo target car after wine binge

Two young men in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, smashed a Mercedes-Benz car recently after drinking more than 100 glasses of imported wine.

Ma Xiaowei, 24, worked at a pub. He drank more than 100 glasses of imported wine on Dec 16 after being dumped by his girlfriend.

Ma later invited his friend Wang Chaoyang to join him. The two drank another five bottles of beer, half a bottle of imported wine and some Chinese liquor.

The two drunk men walked into an underground parking lot, trampled the car and smashed its windows.

They did not stop until the security guard arrived.

The local police detained the duo and fined them 150,000 yuan ($22,800) for the damage.
