Man claims Four Loko caused permanant heart damage in suit

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A controversial drink is making headlines again, months after it was taken off most store shelves.
A New Jersey man is suing the makers of Four Loko, claiming the drink,made up of alcohol and caffeine, caused him to suffer permanent heart damage.
Michael Mustica filed the lawsuit last week against Phusion Projects.
He says the drink caused him to suffer heart arrhythmia in October.
One Four Loko contains 12 percent alcohol, the equivalent of three beers.
