Cinnabar Winery appoints Marketing Manager
Saratoga, California — Cinnabar Winery has appointed Angela Cesari to the position of marketing manager. Cesari had been Cinnabar’s wine club manager and marketing assistant since joining the company in 2007, and has three additional years of wine-industry experience.
Before joining Cinnabar, Cesari was the assistant tasting room manager and wine club manager at Savannah-Chanelle Vineyards & Winery and the wine club coordinator at David Bruce Winery. She received a Wine Club Professional Certificate from the Wine Industry Sales Education (WISE) Academy in Napa, and is currently enrolled in the Wine Education Program at Sonoma State University’s Extended Education Program.
“My time with Cinnabar has been very rewarding,” said Cesari. “I especially enjoy the familiarization trips to vineyards with Winemaker George Troquato as well as his education presentations to our staff on a variety of subjects including wine component tasting and the pairing of wine with food.”
Cesari has been instrumental in the success of Cinnabar special events such as the Alchemy Tuesdays educational series, Harvest Barbeque, and the Wine & Music on the Patio series.
“We like to promote from within, and Angela’s superb management of our wine club has earned her this position,” said Cinnabar President and General Manager Suzanne Frontz.
