Made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Chile’s cool climate Limarí Valley, the new Casillero del Diablo Sparkling Chardonnay is a fresh, vibrant sparkling wine with lime and citrus fruit flavours. It joins Casillero del Diablo Reserva Privada Sparkling in the portfolio.

New - Gravas del Maipo 2007: New Iconic Syrah joins Concha y Toro’s Premium Portfolio
Made from the finest Syrah grapes harvested in the Quinta de Maipo vineyard, Gravas del Maipo is a premium Syrah expressive of a unique terroir. Winemaker Enrique Tirado, also Chief Winemaker for Don Melchor, Concha y Toro’s iconic Cabernet Sauvignon, is the man behind the development of Gravas del Maipo.
He comments : “The first vintage of Syrah Gravas del Maipo 2007 is very elegant and presents great aromatic expression, marked by fruit such as blackberries, raspberries and cassis, which blend well with chocolate, cedar and dried fruit notes and give the wine complexity and a unique style”.
New Releases - The latest releases of Almaviva 2008 and Don Melchor 2007 will be available to taste at the London International Wine Fair 2011.
Don Melchor celebrates its 21st anniversary with another outstanding Maipo Cabernet, testament to the historic 2007 vintage. These top Chilean reds will be available to taste along with other iconic Chilean wines from Concha y Toro in THE FINE WINE COLLECTION LOUNGE. By invitation only.

Trivento’s Germán de Cesare, the winemaker responsible for Trivento’s premium ranges: Golden Reserve, Colleción Fincas, Amado Sur and Reserva, will be attending the London International Wine Fair 2011.
New - Trivento presents 3 new ranges: Zonda, Tribu and Trivento Winemaker’s Dream
All three ranges will be unveiled and available to taste for the first time at this year’s London International Wine Fair.
New - Now bottled in the UK, Otra Vida introduces new packaging for its 2010 vintage. The Varietal range will be presented for the first time since its move from cork closure to screw caps.
New Releases - the new 2010 vintages of the Reserve range, the 2008 Golden Reserve Syrah, 2008 Golden Reserve Malbec and 2009 Golden Reserve Chardonnay will be available to taste at the show.

New - Cono Sur releases Late Harvest Riesling from Bío Bío
Cono Sur’s very own Adolfo Hurtado will be unveiling Cosecha Noble, a Late Harvest Botrytis Riesling from the Bío Bío Valley, the latest development from the winery’s strong aromatics portfolio.
A selection of wines from the environmentally friendly winery will also include the new 2011 vintages of Cono Sur’s various Sauvignon Blancs and Chardonnays.

New - Frontera unveils brand new look and introduces 4 new SKUs in its varietal range
Frontera will present brand new packaging for its Varietals Range at this year’s LIWF. The existing range, which comprised Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Blush and Cabernet Rosé, is complemented by four new offerings:
- Frontera Pinot Grigio 2011: the first vintage is a crisp, fresh Pinot Grigio, bursting with pear and green apple flavours.
- Frontera Late Harvest 2009: depth of flavour and crisp acidity characterise our first vintage.
- Frontera Carmenère 2010: a medium-bodied Carmenère with spicy plum and red berries.
- Frontera Shiraz 2010: a generous Shiraz with ripe berries and a hint of spice.
The 2011 releases of the Frontera Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay varietals will also be on show.
ON-TRADE FOCUS
New on-trade and specialist sector exclusives from CyT, Mountain Range, Explorer, Sunrise, Maiden Flight and Los Gansos will be on show at the 2011 LIWF. These will include new releases, new packaging, new POS and innovative sales support initiatives.

New - CyT Blush Rosé kits, CyT range POS
CyT will be showcasing a new POS kit for bars, restaurants and hotels to help promote CyT Blush Rosé to consumers – it will include back bar displays, menu inserts and tent cards.
CyT will also be showcasing new POS materials to support the entire range within on-trade outlets.
New - Mountain Range unveils new packaging
Mountain Range will unveil refreshed packaging, featuring new look labels and matching screwcaps. New POS support kits for bars, restaurants and hotels to help promote the wines to consumers will be on display.
New Releases will include CyT Sauvignon Blanc 2011, CyT Chardonnay 2011, and Mountain Range Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Rosé varietals from the 2011 vintage.

New - Viña Maipo releases new premium Syrah blend
Viña Maipo is adding a new Syrah/Viognier assemblage to its Gran Devoción super premium wine range. Viña Maipo’s Chief Winemaker Max Weinlaub, believes in Chilean Syrah’s world-class potential and has made the varietal key to Viña Maipo’s fine wine strategy. Sourced from carefully selected grapes in the Villa Alegre and Lourdes Vineyards in the Maule Valley, the Gran Devoción Syrah/Viognier shows a very unique personality.
Weinlaub explains: “Syrah’s outspoken and impetuous character blends in perfectly with Viognier’s more delicate notes to create an intense, dark red wine with aromas evoking blackberries, plums, cocoa and subtle ripe apricots.”
The Viña Maipo Gran Devoción range also includes a Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah, a Carmenère/Syrah and a Syrah/Petite Sirah blend, as well as a single varietal Sauvignon Blanc.
