Georgian wine export to China increases

Export of Georgian wine is gradually increasing - after Poland and Ukraine, the request on the wine products made in Georgia has grown in China too.
Last year over one billion liters of wine was exported from Georgia.
Tbilvino Company plans to double the amount of the wine exported to Chine next year. It sells Tsinandali, Mukuzani and Saperavi in China. The company has been selling 40,000 bottles of wine so far, but the export will grow in accordance with the growth of request.
Other wine companies have also announced they intend to enter the Chinese market, which they say is very profitable for Georgia. Georgian government has launched to work on the popularization of Georgian wine in Chine together with the wine makers.
