Shandong wine production tops in China

Statistics shows that wine production in Shandong province has achieved 37,500 kiloliters, accounting for 34.48% of the whole country. The sales revenue is 18.649 billion RMB, 65.24% of the country’s; total amount of profit 2.549 billion RMB, 76.62% of the country’s.

Shandong ranks the first in terms of production volume, sales revenue and tax payment. According to description by the Mr Hu, the Secretary of Shandong Grape and Wine Association, by the end of 2015, the wine production volume and sales revenue is expected to be doubled to 750,000 kiloliters and 37 billion.
