China to invest in Georgia wines

Chinese investors are interested in the implementation of major investments in Georgia, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Archil Kekelia said on his current visit to China, Business Georgia reports.Kekelia said that during the visit he had discussed such issues as direct flights to Beijing, increases in exports of Georgian wine to China and the spheres of energy, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, transport and communications with his Chinese colleagues.
A delegation of Chinese businessmen will arrive in Tbilisi next week. Direct flights between Tbilisi and Beijing will most probably start to operate in May.
