China Eastern Airlines introduced wine service

China Eastern Airlines Corporation ltd. has introduced wine service to its first-class passengers. 

It is not only a great pleasure to swirl a glass of wine in the tens of thousands high sky for the passengers, but also an enhancement of the service skill for the air staff.

In order to improve professional knowledge and skills of the air staff on wine service, the company starts a series of training. On April 26, a group of the staff recieved the training in Beijing. They learn about basic knowledges of wine, including origin and history of wine, features of different wines, benefits of drinking wine, how to distinguish various wine labels, how to store wine, how to open a bottle and serve the customers, etc. they also learn about the proper order of serving different types of wine and how to match wines with foods.
