Chinese brewing illicit liquor arrested

A Chinese national brewing illicit liquor has been arrested in the pussellewa area, Police said today.

The man employed in a project in the area had been married to a local woman in the area.

He was arrested with 94,000 drams of Goda and the equipment was seized.

Some of the equipment had been imported from China.
