AS Liviko launches Viru Valge Black vodka

AS Liviko, based in Estonia, North Europe has introduced its first black label vodka, Viru Valge Black.

AS Livik Marketing Director Liivi Tadolder said the new product has been coal-filtered to exceptional purity and the hint of honey in the pure-scented vodka gives it a milder taste.

The vodka, whose label is decorated with black-and-grey ornaments, comes in a slightly smoky Viru Valge bottle, which is decorated with a relief pattern, it said.

"The uniqueness of Viru Valge Black can be compared to the image of solar eclipse used to advertise it - day is night, lights are shadows and white is black. One can try and sense the singular nature of Viru Valge Black by experiencing the mysticism of a lunar eclipse, visible to Estonians as soon as this week," he added.

The company said the new vodka is an addition to the of Estonia's vodka, Viru Valge.
