The oldest wine brewery: Lying in Yinggoutou, Luzhou, Sichuan Province, Luzhou Cellar-Aged Brewery (1200 square meters in area) was constructed in the reign of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1573). In the workshop there are cellar pools, stone ovens, stone distilling containers, high cauldron, and drying halls, which have been continuously in use for over 400 years. The ancient brewery technique is still followed today. In 2001 the workshop was included in Guinness World Records.
