Pernod says sales shares in Georgian wine business

 (Reuters) - French drinks group Pernod Ricard (PERP.PA) on Wednesday said it had sold its shares in Georgian Wine and Spirits LLC to JSC Marussia, a Georgian group.

Pernod declined to give any details but a spokesman said the amount involved was very small.

Georgian Wine and Spirits LLC is a Georgian company that owns wine brands Old Tbilisi and Tamada.
