Chinese delegation goes to America to purchase wineries

Journalist with China Wine News learned from China National Association for Liquor and Sprits Circulation that Chinese liquor delegation going to the U.S. program had formally started to accept registration, which was organized by China National Association for Liquor and Sprits Circulation, China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges and US-China Liquor Group. 

The on-the-spot investigation was initiated by the Washington State government. The aim is to carry out the “going global” strategy and learn the advanced management expertise about wine industry. The delegation will stay in the U.S. for 10 days, which will set out in August or September.

Additionally, US-China Liquor Group will introduce several American wineries project that will be wholly sold; one is in Pennsylvania and the other in New York City. Guide concerning the purchase will be offered to those who are interested. 

It is said that once the wineries are bought, the owners are entitled the permanent property rights of the very land and the permit to sell the wines made. What’s more, L-1 visa can be applied; therefore the owners can get the Green Card. Finally, the buyers can get low interest rate loan from US Department of Agriculture.
