Voodoo Tiki Tequila joins Haven Lounge spirit portfolio

Voodoo Tiki Tequila, a small batch boutique tequila company in the US, said Haven Lounge, a restaurant located in Florida, has added the company's line of ultra premium boutique tequilas to its distilled spirits list.

The restaurant's master mixologist Isaac Grillo will use the tequilas to make a range of gourmet specialty cocktails which also use other premium spirits, juices and locally grown ingredients, the tequila producer said.

Some of Haven Lounge's liquid nitrogen-laced cocktails will now feature Voodoo Tiki Tequilas. The Haven Lounge cocktail list will also include three more Voodoo Tiki tequila cocktails.

The restaurant's first Voodoo Tiki Tequila cocktail is a cucumber and pear infused Margarita featuring liquid nitrogen blasted prickly pear infused ice cubes and tequila caviars.

Voodoo Tiki press relations VP Jennifer Serle said the company adds less than 300 new retailers each year, so choosing new retail outlets can get tough, but Haven Lounge featuring Isaac Grillo's masterful creations was an obvious choice.

Voodoo Tiki Tequilas can be found in 11 states and seven countries and are sold exclusively in select restaurant, bar, nightclub and off premise locations through the company's 'Select Retailer' program.
