Chinese wine sets ⅩⅤ:Silver wine warmer with blue enamel design

The utensil is made of silver, and composed of inner pot and outer sheath. The sheath is in hexagonal prism shape, each corner fixed with a foot at the bottom. The six sides of the sheath are carved respectively with plum flower, orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum, and lotus patterns, on which blue enamel is applied. The inner pot is wine container, in cylindrical shape, with nozzle, lid and double handle hoops. There is large space between the inner pot and the sheath, which is for holding hot water. The flagon is a wine warmer.

The utensil is unique in design, elaborate in craftwork, vivid in decoration, and bright in color. It was a wine vessel exclusively-used by the imperial palace in the Qing Dynasty.
