Castel to held wine tasting in 26 cities around China

According to Customs data, French wine exports to China ammounts to 66.427 million bottles from January to June, up over 70% compared to same period of last year.

For many years, French wine sales in China keeps a growth rate of exceeding 70%. In the first six months of 2011, China imported nearly 50 million liters of French bottled wine . The total imported wine sales in Chinese market accounts about 15 percent, of which about half came from French.

The French wine brands including Lafite and Castel are actively seeking promotion in China. Castel in planning to enlarge its portfolios in China, and will held tasting event in 26 cities around China.
