On July 27, Walt Disney World released its schedule for the 16th Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. In addition to the return of some of its popular food and dining events, this year's festival includes new premium experiences, marketplaces and HGTV-sponsored home entertainment experiences.
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is Disney’s annual foodie event. Known casually as Epcot Food & Wine, its 2011 theme is “A Passport to a World of Flavors.” The 45-day event combines international cuisine and drink, special dining and cultural experiences, celebrity chefs and live entertainment in a Disney celebration of food.
Epcot International Food and Wine Festival runs from Sept. 30 – Nov. 13, 2011.
Epcot International Marketplace Kiosks: 30 food and drink booths are located around Epcot’s World Showcase, which offer tapas-sized portions of regional specialties for $3 – $8, along with wine and other drink pairings.

The 2011 International Marketplace Kiosks include: Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Caribbean*, Mexico, Scandinavia, China, South Korea, South Africa, Cheese, Brewer’s Collection (beer), Germany, Poland, Italy, Fife and Drum, Hops and Barley, Singapore, Japan, New Zealand, Morocco, Portugal* and Portugal Wine Bar*, Belgium, France, Ireland, Canada, Greece, Dessert and Champagne, Hawaii*, and Craft Beer. (The asterisk indicates new 2011 kiosks.)

Epcot Food & Wine Demonstrations and Seminars:The festival offers a number of culinary demonstrations and wine and beverage seminars. Lasting about 45 minutes, these opportunities allow guests to learn a bit more about the topic from experts, as well as provides samples of the topic at hand. Prices range from $10 – $13 per event. New to the 2011 Epcot Food & Wine are Mixology Seminars and Scent Demonstrations.
Epcot Food & Wine Premium Events & Experiences: Every year, the festival offers special dining events that offer guests a more in-depth experiences in which they enjoy full meals or extensive tastings, interactions with chefs and beverage experts, and guest speakers. These are popular hard-ticket items that require reservations.
