The evening begins at the legendary Bamboo Bar where sunset marks the end of the day together with the bar's signature cocktail by the Chao Phraya River before heading to The China House.
At the 1930's Shanghai-inspired Chinese restaurant, Master Chef Andy will present the first two courses of the evening: China House combination appetisers and Monks Jump Over The Wall soup.
The third and fourth courses are seared Hudson Bay scallops, which will be served with green pea agnolotti, chilled prawn and salmon in rice paper with green zucchini carpaccio and parmesan sauce; and slow-roasted grade four marbled beef tenderloin, which will be accompanied by roasted pumpkin and assorted vegetable from the Royal Project, double baked semi-dried cherry tomato souffle and red wine sauce at Lord Jim's.
The journey will be wrap up with a Valrhona Chocolate Finale at The Verandah restaurant.
