Global Wine Alliance appoints Chris Fotinos as President

Global Wine Alliance has appointed Chris Fotinos as President. Chris will be leading the company in its new and exciting ventures throughout the extensive world of wine.

Chris was born and raised in Napa, California, where his family still owns and operates one of the oldest vineyards in the Valley. Chris and his brother Tom are fourth generation winemakers and own Fotinos Brothers Winery. Their family has been making wine for more than 100 years and they produce two world class wines, a Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. In his persistent pursuit of wine perfection, Chris Fotinos has traveled extensively throughout France, Italy, and Spain, to better familiarize himself with the premiere samplings of each region, while paying special attention as to how they are cultivated. Chris Fotinos has honed his focus on the world-renowned Burgundy region of France, and in particular, the heritage of Pinot Noir.

Chris is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing for Fotinos Brother's Winery and since 1992 to the present, Chris has owned and operated his Cosmetic Dental practice in Orange County, California. Dr. Fotinos has served as a Dental Consultant for Major League Baseball's Anaheim Angels, Team Dentist for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, and as a member of the National Hockey League's Team Physicians Society.

Global Wine Alliance is a wine procurement company connecting wineries, growers, and suppliers globally for purchase and sales of bulk and bottled wines. GWA has created relationships with boutique wineries as well as large scale wineries and have access to their bottled and bulk wines which are not available to the public or wholesale market.
