Ningxia becomes the first Chinese OIV observer of provincial level

            Lately, the 35th OIV Membership Meeting is held in Turkey. Ningxia
            Autonomous Region, as a member of observer is invited and introduced
            to all other OIV members.
            OIV is the most authoritative governmental organization for wine
            industry in the world. Starting from January this year, with the
            support by China Foreign Affair Ministry and Agriculture Ministry,
            Ningxia attains the membership of provincial observer. Till June
            this year, it receives invitation to the 35th OIV Membership Meeting
            and gives its special topic speech.
