Bordeaux Index moves to state-of-the-art warehouse

Fine wine merchant Bordeaux Index is moving its entire stock to a new, state-of-the-art storage facility, signalling its

intent to continue its expansion in the fine wine market.
 
 
 
 
 
Its aim is to guarantee future capacity for increased stockholding and client reserves, and commitment to innovation by

providing the best possible services to customers.
 
 
 
 
 
Under the terms of the long-term deal with Octavian, all the wine stored by Bordeaux Index will be moved to the new

high-tech, high-security site at Colerne in Wiltshire.
 
 
 
 
 
The heavily insulated site offers cutting-edge technology to control temperature and humidity, as well as eliminate UV

light, to ensure the wine matures in the best possible conditions. Each case will be logged and barcoded on receipt

making every case individually traceable.
