Every year, since the first edition of FHC in 1994, this show has grown in size. Responding initially to the number of international companies wanting to introduce their products into this market. More recently however, the increasing number of companies attending FHC every year is now being driven by the rapid growth in demand by hotels, restaurants, retailers, importers and distributors and ultimately consumers in China. All buying more food and beverage products and requiring greater variety and higher safety and quality standards. FHC China offers the Chinese food and beverage sector the largest possible range of food and beverage products on show at one time and over just three days. This is one event food professionals cannot afford to miss.

WACS endorsement means that competing chefs will be judged to the same international standards as they would in any WACS endorsed event worldwide. Raising the standard of the competition to international levels.
“ The World Association of Chefs Societies is proud to support FHC and the wonderful work they are doing for the Culinary industry in China. The goal of WACS has always been to bring chefs together from around the world for both learning and friendship. We hope to see the Chinese chefs involved in WACS and participating in events around the world in the future. This represents a great opportunity for Chinese chefs to develop their skills in the international community but also a great opportunity for chefs around the world to learn more about the Chinese cuisine and gastronomy heritage. At the end of the day everybody wins” Gissur Gudmundsson, President, World Association of Chefs Societies
