            Regal Life Concepts, Inc. (OTC BB:RGLC.OB - News) is pleased to
            announce that Guangzhou AWA Wine Co. Ltd ("AWA Wine"), a portfolio
            investment company of Regal Life, recently partnered with ZhongSheng
            LEXUS, a leading automobile services corporation in China, in
            organizing a Wine Tasting Event in ZhongSheng's Dongguan ZS Lexus 4S
            flagship store. Invitations were extended to a select group of
            privileged clients of Lexus in China.
            Dongguan, the third largest exporting region in China, is a
            prefecture-level city of Guangdong Province. Ranking fourth with an
            average annual GDP growth rate of 22%, Dongguan is one of the
            fastest economic regions in China. The stable and vigorous macro
            economy in Dongguan has created a promising fine wine market for AWA
            Wine.
            "China is one of the fastest growing markets in the world for
            automotive sales, growing by 24% in 2007 and has overtaken Japan as
            the second largest car market in the world. Even with the slowing
            economy, the car sales growth is still reporting single-digit growth

            and franchised locations throughout China that are servicing a

            established Regal Life-AWA Wine joint venture will lead to the
            opening of additional corporate-owned AWA Wine locations in China
            and the development of an improved IT infrastructure to enhance
            backend administration, sales and logistics support. AWA anticipates
            that, with the proper funding, it will expand its network to 100 AWA
            Wine Club locations and 1 million active AWA Wine Club members by
            2013.
