Normally the wine is heated up to 40-45℃, then the bouquet of the wine will be expanded into the air, and the flavor of the wine will be enhanced to be milder and more comfortable. Then transfer the wine into a tin pot, and pour into a blue-on-white porcelain cup. The amber-colored wine waving in the cup emits its enchanting aroma. The pleasant feeling the wine brings is enjoyable.
In high summer, it’s better to keep yellow rice wine in a refrigerator at around 3℃, and be served chilled or on the rock. The amber-colored wine contrasts pleasantly with the shining ice cube, clearing heat while slowing down intoxication.
