The Ohio Wine Association's annual two-day summer wine festival is rolling out a new event feature.

Vintage Ohio vendors will be pairing wine with the menu items of four Northeast Ohio food trucks at its festival, to be held from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday, Aug. 5 and 6.

Jibaro, StrEat Mobile Bistro, Umami Moto and Zydeco Bistro are cruising onto the scene with their gourmet grab-and-go items.

Jibaro will serve ceviche with plantains over garlic sauce, calamari salad with corn fitters, seafood bisque, beef empanadas, shrimp and chicken skewers and pizza. Featured wines: Ferrante's 2010 GRV Pinot Grigio and St. Joseph's 2008 GRV Pinot Noir Reserve.

StrEat Mobile Bistro will offer mac n' cheese, merlot-braised pulled pork sandwich, cabernet tenderloin tip sandwich, chickpea curry and naan, and parmesan truffle fries with zinfandel ketchup. Featured wines: Valley Vineyards' 2008 ORV Cabernet Sauvignon and Breitenbach's 2008 Lake Erie Merlot.

Umami Moto will serve rice pudding with watermelon and Thai basil gazpacho, massaman curry, seafood bruschetta chicken and beef satay, and sesame encrusted scallops with Asian fruit salad. Featured wines: Debonne's 2009 GRV Chardonnay and Klingshirn's 2010 Lake Erie Riesling.

Zydeco Bistro is serving Creole tomato, fresh local grains and blue cheese salad, beignets with Ohio wild berry compote, chicken and andouille jambalaya, local corn, tomato and crab bisque. Featured wines: Grand River's 2009 GRV Cabernet Franc and Old Firehouse's 2010 Lake Erie Riesling.

Other local restaurant and caterers also will be serving food, with menu prices ranging from $3 to $10. Twenty four wineries, most of which are located in Northeast Ohio, will be sampling their wines.
